Following on from last week’s message, church member Sheila Gordon continues to unpack what it means to live as the Bride of Christ in practical, everyday faith; challenging us to consider how our walk, our choices, and our readiness to align with God’s calling.
With warmth and clarity, Sheila draws us back to Scripture to remind us that preparation is not a one-off moment, but an ongoing posture of faith, obedience, and expectancy. This message encourages us to look honestly at our spiritual lives and to remain watchful, faithful, and ready as we live in the light of Christ’s return.

Join us for a very special Carol Service this year, featuring not only our ever-present Salt Singers but also the Costa Blanca International Concert Band, led by Jeremy Davies. We’re also delighted to welcome our future pastor, Pete Dale, and his wife Ruth, who joined us via video link from the UK to share a short but topical message.
Settle in and enjoy the carols, the readings, and of course Pete and Ruth’s message.
This week’s message comes from church member Sheila Gordon, who brings a powerful and inspiring word. Drawing on the promise of Revelation 19:7 — “For the wedding of the Lamb has come, and his bride has made herself ready” — Sheila invites us to rediscover the joy and purpose of living in readiness for Jesus’ return.
With a mix of biblical insight and heartfelt encouragement, Sheila reminds us that preparation isn’t about pressure or anxiety, but about love, devotion, and expectation. Her message stirs us to deepen our walk, renew our hope, and embrace the privilege of being part of Christ’s radiant bride. It’s a sermon that strengthens faith and lifts the heart — one not to be missed.
In life, we’re often faced with moments where a decision can’t wait — moments that call for courage, clarity, and trust. In this week’s message, Making Quick Decisions!, Trevor Miles draws from the gripping story in 2 Kings 7:3–8, where four men stepped out in desperation and discovered that God was already working ahead of them.
Psalm 119:105, reminds us: “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” Even when choices must be made quickly, God’s Word gives us enough light to take the next step with confidence.
Join us as we explore how faith, wisdom, and God’s guidance help us navigate those quick-decision moments in life — and how stepping out can open the door to God’s provision and purpose.
